Origin of our Government

Alright since my background from Government Administration, today I'll like to share about da basic form of government in Malaysia.

In Malaysia our government headed by the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong or the Mornarch. Constitutional Monarch is how our government being run or manage. There are three important organs in our government; 1.) The Judiciary 2.) The Executive and 3.) The Legislative. These three bodies play such a huge responsibilities in the nation development.

Anything which will involved the administration of justice , the Judiciary will have lot's of control or power over it. In Malaysia there are similarity with the English Legal System or the common law. Here the Judiciary became the guardian of the rights of man and will protects these rights from all possibilities of individual and public  invasion. The most important function of the Judiciary is to investigate and determine facts. The functions of da courts is to determine facts according to da recognized procedures. Judge then will be looked as da interpreter of law. As in Britain, our Judicial also accept da term of "Judge-made law".

In Malaysia da Chief Executive is our beloved Prime Minister, Datuk Sri Najib Razak and da Jemaah Menteri part of da Executive at da same time. All of da members of da Cabinet need to represent and won da Election to entitle them to hold a government post. General Election will be held every 5 year...and any By-election if there any possible reason such as da death of da current holder, etc. Executive will also be part of the program in da nation well development.

Lastly, Legislature. In Malaysia it is where our Parliament sit. Inside our Parliament we had 2 different chambers or branches. 1. Dewan Rakyat (da Lower House) 2. Dewan Negara (Upper House). Any Bills to pass will need to start from the lower house and will end up at da upper house as an Act of Parliament.

These three will need one another, but da Judiciary will stand alone. Judiciary cannot received any influence in da very decision, but when it happen da credibility of da body will be questions. The judiciary also acting as a " watch dog" for both Executive and Legislative. One of it is to ensure both bodies will spent da governments fund efficiently for da well development of da people and da nation.
