Betul2 buat I nakkk ...........................

Jumaat lepas I went to Indah Permai (IP) coz nak ambik beberapa documents yg telah siap d copy sekali la juga p makan tengah hari dgn c Amy n c Wana... So after ambik documents 2 we terus p makan la.

Around 13.40pm we balik p car-park dan terus keluar dari IP. I pilih tuk keluar dari simpang KFC IP coz sana ada U-Turn yg paling hampir nak masuk kampus.  Macam biasala ari Jumaat ni mimang heavy traffic so penting utk ada rasa SABAR. Then I dpt peluang tuk masuk jalan besar so I pun speed la coz ada kereta lagi d belakang, but out of no where there was a blue Viva yg juga cuba untuk masuk ke lorong U-turn. Yg buat I marah ni dia bw SLOW giiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiLaaaaaa oooo... dat car was drived by a lady and I think she should consider my speed dat time. She rili look !@#$%^&* at dat time...ui naa betul2 bikin marah ooo...pas 2 bulih2 dia buat enda kesah ja.... Come on la para pemandu WANITA d jln raya ni mesti ada rasa tanggunjawab juga. But dat situation bulih jadi dgn sapa2 ja or even worse accident might happend. Ingat tentang  apa yg org pesan " Pandu perlahan jiwa selamat",  mungkin pemandu wanita hari tu berpegang kuat dgn pesanan ini...But seriously I tak rasa selamat bila ada pemandu yg mcm ni, yg suka2 ati ja masuk lane org.

Sharpen da MEMORY

I easily forgetting my frens name and I rili feel awkward about it. How is dis possible it happend to me...I mean I'm still young...it just toooooo early to happend rite???

But I'm sure dat I'm not alone in my fears about memory LOSS.... Seriously speaking FORGETTING is part of a healthy memory. For thoseremember everything are facing a condition called Hyperthymestic Syndrome.








Information from Wikipedia ................Hyperthymesia also known as piking or hyperthymestic syndrome is a condition where the affected individual has a superior[1] autobiographical memory. "Thymesia" comes from the Greek word θύμησις, thymesis meaning "memory". As first described in a 2005 Neurocase article entitled "A case of unusual autobiographical remembering," the two defining characteristics of hyperthymesia are "1) the person spends an abnormally large amount of time thinking about his or her personal past, and 2) the person has an extraordinary capacity to recall specific events from his or her personal past".[2]
......



We need to make our brain active so dat we can improve opur memory ability.... like da body, our brain will gets flabby if we not keep it active....now u see wat i'm talking aboutt huh....? There are many reasons not to remembering. As we know memory requires periods of concentration to make sure da information will be keep in da brain and will be easily recall when it needed. Visual aids will be useful in order to help da brain to save information.

Sweeter without SUGAR

Pay more for SUGAR??? Think twice my fren... But I rili agree if da price of dat item to be increased as it can be seen as the silver lining in da cloud. Our people rili need to learn and start to live WITHOUT it. Just think about da number of diabetics in our nation.



Of coz many people love to have sweet tasting food even myself used to... and dis uncontrolled consumption of sugar aree da MAIN reason da number of diabetics people are increasing.

At dis very moment..Time and deep awarenwess regarding da damage dat da sugar can caused to our body in da long run...Like me personally, just refused to take note on how much of sugar dat I need to take a day.  Did U rili focus on dis matter???have u rili count how much sugar dat u had consumed in dat particular day?? I bet all of us had consume da amount of sugar dat our body don't rili require.

So from now on my people...let's we start pay attention on da consumption of it in our daily life. This is a serious matter and for our own good.

Kenapa Juga????

Pernah mengalami situasi INI.....:
1: Bila order miniuman yang KURANG MANIS dari pelayan kedai....nanti yg datang minUman yg masi MANIS juga....




2: Bila order Nasi Goreng Seafood....yang datang Nasi Goreng Seafood with ayam n daging....or even worse nasi goreng telur....Nasi Goreng Pedas yg x pedas....




3: Minta air suam, air panas mendidih juga dihidangkn....

4: minta minuman tanpa ais...ais segelas juga datang...

Ini lah situasi yg pernah I alami...but It is just ME or it also terjadi pada org lain??? Persoalan nya...mcm ni boleh terjadi??  Susah sangat ka mau penuhi kemaahuan para pelanggan?? Susah ka mau kurangkan tahap kemanisan minuman tu...susah ka mau masak Nasi Goreng Seafood tanpa ayam or daging....susah ka mau masak nasi goreng pedas....ahhhhhhh...

Tolong la ambil perhatian masa menulis order para pelanggan....Rasanya masalah disini ialah para peniaga tidak ambil perhatian dan tidak ada kemahiran untuk menjaga hati pengunjung....
