Anne Boleyn

 


England history will not be complete without her as she part of da  chronicle. I watched History channel about her but it just some part of it and decided to read a book about it. I've found one in da Sabah State library, and I'm so excited to read it.

She married Henry VIII in 1533 after he announced his previous married as not legal and void, da married also called for a raised of da banishing him from da Church and from a religious society or groups. As Ann's 1st baby was a baby girl named Elizabeth I, which makes Henry disappointment  as he wanted a male heir. At dat time da royal family believe da heir should be a male so dat he can run da Kingdom and continue da blood line. A son was required to lead da Kingdom but da failure to gave birth for a male heir rili forced her to struggle along da marriage. I think da legislation stated that da Kingdom need to have da male leader beside da lady. But now no more dis kind of legislation, in England. Japan almost changed da legislation so da female heir can lead da nation, almost reached dat level but one of da Japan Emperor's son produce a male heir. Ok we not talking about Japan now, get back to da book.

After a few miscarriage and Henry rili disappoint with what happen he flirted with a lady named Jane Seymour in 1536, or to be exact May 19 Anne had faced da beheaded as she was found to be disloyal with da hubby la. The death of Anne gave Henry a good reason to get married so dat he can produce his male heir for da Kingdom. So he married Lady Jane. 


This book tell us about da journey of one lady which will remain part of da story of England forever. Dirty Politics, a week foundation a government at dat time and misused of power by the rulers.

Kenapa ..Mengapa?

Dalam laporan Buletin Utama dua malam lepas ada la ni berita about baby baru lahir yg d bakar dlm tong sampah...OMG...Dumped and burned.....what happened with these people nowadays..??? This is da worse case I've ever heard.. killed, dumped adn they burned their own flesh and blood. Rani (my youngest bro) was very upset as he watched it too. Took place in Kuala Kerai Kelantan, da baby boy was found by da Majlis Daerah Kuala Kerai staff around 10 am yesterday. Main suspect here da police said probably teenagers....ermmmm, I guess da couples are so young and have no plan to rise a baby own their own.

For da past few weeks we have heard numbers of dumped baby cases reported by da media, da government or NGO need to come with a solution here. I have read da article about NGO in da States as an organization to take care of da unwanted babies.

Such people just dun know where to go and what to do with da babies, itu pasal la ada yg sanggup just abandon and even killed anak sendiri.Cuba la kan kalau ada organization yg di wujudkan to take care baby- baby ni, supaya ni remaja yg sdh terlanjur ni x lagi buat another mistake la. Ramai lagi ornag yg have been married bertahun-tahun but teda anak boleh jaga, ni tidak sudalah d buang, di bunuh siap kena bakar lagi.

With or Without You

One of my guy friend posted something on his FB's wall, about being single or in a relationship. He said sometimes he loves to have someone to love him, take care of him adn his feelings, and sometime he said he wanna go single. So the question here which he need to settle is; Being with or without You.



But I can also recall a lot of people that are in relationships and they are miserable. They’re not happy at all. In fact, it’s like they are in prison. Many of them are trapped and they’d give anything to be single. They’d give anything to be in your shoes today.Being single may not always be a bad thing. Break-ups hurt us all most of da time, but at some level, you might even be relieved for getting away from a manipulative or an abusive relationship....just take Rihana in this case. So I guess it is better to be single than to be with someone you don't even like or some1 with da potential to hurt your feeling. 





But when we are in love (I was), everything will be so beautiful and enjoyable. We learn to accept our love one as they are, learn how to compromise to one another and even learn about ourselves. Being in relationship most slightly will change us  to both good or da bad side. It's rili important to us to THINK what's da best thing for da relationship. 



With or without da one we called someone to love and to share will fairly affected someone stated of mind. Some people will do better in anything they do with da support of their love one, and vice-versa. But to do well in danything is da matter of your own determination to do it. Although your love one always be there to support you but you lack of da determination to go for it, then it will be totally useless. 

Some people will just too confused, if they need to be in relationship or stay single. For me personally being with someone will teach us about commitment in relationship and also understanding to one another. Being single will require us to love ourselves so dat we can see da real "US". As some people don't even know themselves as people can see. 

It may be true dat having some1 can help add to your happiness and fulfillment. I believe dat can occur and does occur when you find the right person that suits you.




Being in relationship will required us to have a deep conversation to one another as da communication will bring da 2 much more closer.

In the end...it's all about love. You will know what's da best in your life. You will know when it's time to taken with love or stay single...my advise follow your heart and see where it's leads you.

4TH FEBRUARY WORLD CANCER DAY


World Cancer Day celebrated around the globe on the 4th of February every year. This  kind of event is to give awareness to the public to have sort of basic information over the matter and at da same time to encourage its prevention, detection, and treatment.

Cancer can be defined as,any malignant growth or tumor caused by abnormal and uncontrolled cell division; it may spread to other parts of the body through the lymphatic system or the blood stream.

Ways to Prevent Cancer:
1. Avoid Smoking and exposure to smoke
2. Eat enough fruites nad vegetables 
3. Eat less Red meat or animal fat
4. Know about personal and also family health history 
5. To get screened for Cancer regularly

Let us pray for those who have loss their battle with Cancer and for the better treatment to cure cancer.

Nangka Masak Lemak Cili Api

I posted a picture of Nangka masak lemak on my Fb, and tagged few frens....they said it looks delicious and asked me for the recipe . Well I'm not so good in cooking, but let us share this simple ways to cook sayur nangka..I've said to my frens dat I will posted da recipe here, so folks, I'm fulfilling my words here.

This may be quite different from any method to cook it, but I think dis is da simple one, so far.

 Ingredients:
Nangka muda (young jackfruit) (cut into small pieces and boiled).
5-10 minutes should be ok




Concentrated coconut milk (Instant coconut should be ok if can't find yg fresh)



1 tbs. cinnamon powder
4 pieces turmeric (slice thinly, Kunyit idup)
3 pieces lemon grass (bruised)



2 pieces asam keping (can be substituted with 1/2 cup lemon juice,which 1 u prefer la)
1 cup kerisik 

Pounded:

1 tbs cumin/jintan puteh
2 tbs coriander
6 pieces candlenuts/buah keras/kemiri
4 pieces fresh tumeric
2 in. ginger
2 inch.Lengkuas or Lemon grass
1 Big Onion
4 Cloves Garlic

Steps:

1) Heat oil in a pot and fry onions and garlic for few minutes until naik wangi.

2) Add in the red chillies, lemon grass, Lengkuas, ginger.tumeric, cinnamon powder, and asam keping, boleh juga ganti with lemon jus...ikut suka la...

3) Stir well and leave it to fry for few minutes sampai wangi naik.

4) Add in the kerisik.Let the gravy boil and mixed up.

5) Add in da jackfruit (Nangka yg telah d'rebus terlebih dahulu).Kalau ada Ikan Masin (salted fish) pun ok juga d'masukan sekali ngan Nangka.

6) Add in the sliced tumeric leaf tabur kan juga cili merah atau ijau... Tinggalkan sekejap sampai naik wangi...

Boleh makan sdh.....

Vegetable Curry


Paste
a). 2 medium onion
b). 4-6 garlic clove
c).  inger, peeled 




Curry
* 2 potato, cut...ikut hati la...4 bhg ka atau 8 bhgian.
* 2 carrot, cut into 1/2 inch
 * 2 tomato
* 2-3 green chilies, left whole cut slits
* 2-3 tablespoons Malaysian fish curry powder...try Baba's Powder...
* 2 tablespoons chili powder
* 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1 cup coconut milk...(if x yg fresh dlm pek pun ok)  
* 1 1/2 cups chicken stock( i use Maggi Chicken Stock)





* 4 tablespoons ghee (Planta pun boleh di jadikan sbg ganti....coz I pun x guna Ghee, mahal oo)
* salt
* 3-4 curry leaf


Methods...
Using a mortar & pestle or blender, grind chili paste, onions, garlic, ginger into a paste.In a small bowl, combine fish curry powder and chili powder and turmeric powder with a little water to make a thick paste.In a wok or pot, heat ghee or Planta, fry the ground paste for 2-3 mins.Add curry paste, stir-fry on low heat until quite toasted and oil starts to ooze from paste – do not burn!!!!! ok . Add coconut milk, chicken stock, tomatoes and season with salt.Gradually bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer uncovered until sauce thickens, about 15 mins.Add each vegetable in order – those that take longer to cook are added first, ni supaya sayur yg keras cepat lembut la.Simmer until just tender, or to your liking of crispness, remove from heat promptly.Serve hot with steamed rice.




I always enjoy any curry dish, they said makn curry x blh selalu, so what? I've fall for it already...
 Isn't that so easy.... to cook curry. If You want to eat the chicken curry just follow the same way and replace the vege's with da chicken...

But there are many ways to cook curry, I think dis is da simplest way for it, which I prefer . You can replace the vege's with Chicken or meat or just mixed da chicken with da vege's should be ok
