Nangka Masak Lemak Cili Api

I posted a picture of Nangka masak lemak on my Fb, and tagged few frens....they said it looks delicious and asked me for the recipe . Well I'm not so good in cooking, but let us share this simple ways to cook sayur nangka..I've said to my frens dat I will posted da recipe here, so folks, I'm fulfilling my words here.

This may be quite different from any method to cook it, but I think dis is da simple one, so far.

 Ingredients:
Nangka muda (young jackfruit) (cut into small pieces and boiled).
5-10 minutes should be ok




Concentrated coconut milk (Instant coconut should be ok if can't find yg fresh)



1 tbs. cinnamon powder
4 pieces turmeric (slice thinly, Kunyit idup)
3 pieces lemon grass (bruised)



2 pieces asam keping (can be substituted with 1/2 cup lemon juice,which 1 u prefer la)
1 cup kerisik 

Pounded:

1 tbs cumin/jintan puteh
2 tbs coriander
6 pieces candlenuts/buah keras/kemiri
4 pieces fresh tumeric
2 in. ginger
2 inch.Lengkuas or Lemon grass
1 Big Onion
4 Cloves Garlic

Steps:

1) Heat oil in a pot and fry onions and garlic for few minutes until naik wangi.

2) Add in the red chillies, lemon grass, Lengkuas, ginger.tumeric, cinnamon powder, and asam keping, boleh juga ganti with lemon jus...ikut suka la...

3) Stir well and leave it to fry for few minutes sampai wangi naik.

4) Add in the kerisik.Let the gravy boil and mixed up.

5) Add in da jackfruit (Nangka yg telah d'rebus terlebih dahulu).Kalau ada Ikan Masin (salted fish) pun ok juga d'masukan sekali ngan Nangka.

6) Add in the sliced tumeric leaf tabur kan juga cili merah atau ijau... Tinggalkan sekejap sampai naik wangi...

Boleh makan sdh.....
